The Blinkwater is a spacious, luxurious and modern upmarket villa located in Cape Town’s trendiest suburb, situated a few minutes walk from the main beach of Camps Bay, restaurants and nightspots of the strip. The villa has 4 double bedrooms sleeping 8 guests, all rooms en-suite with satellite television and WiFi Internet. All rooms lead to outdoors with indigenously planted terraces. Selected areas feature underfloor heating and all rooms has airconditioning. The villa is serviced daily and a private chef can be arranged on request.

The main living area of the Villa is open plan. The kitchen features state of the art appliances and has a separate scullery out of sight. A breakfast bar overlooks the living room, which is furnished with custom pieces and state of the art electronics. Gorgeous, slate tiles extend the length of the living room and lead out to the large, sea facing swimming pool and patio area. Opening the large sliding doors blends the stylish patio with the inside of the villa.

The ground floor, master bedroom is spacious with ample cupboard space and open plan bathroom. The bedroom leads out onto the pool area and enjoys beautiful views of Lions Head and the bay. The second, ground floor bedroom also features an open plan bathroom and opens up onto an enclosed courtyard with beautiful vertical garden and seating area.

The two remaining bedrooms are on the upper level of the Villa. Both bedrooms are sea facing and are virtually mirror imaged. Each has a separate bathroom with spacious shower. Both bedrooms open up onto a sea and mountain facing balcony with patio table, overlooking a unique Fynbos garden and lower level skylight. Both upstairs bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge are air-conditioned. The downstairs bedrooms offer under tile heating for the cooler months.
