Our mountain-biking day trips have been designed to offer guests of all experience levels a challenging, fun-filled experience. Rides through Cape Point Nature Reserve, the Constantia winelands, Tokai Forest and on Table Mountain are a great way to get to know this spectacular peninsula. Alternatively, we can set up tailor-made tours and incentive groups with trailers, back-up vehicles and specialist guides to form part of any itinerary. Start your ride with a fitness assessment and finish with a free massage!

Explore Table Mountain on foot: it’s one of the most iconic mountains on earth. Ascend its majestic slopes with only your thoughts and the stunning scenery to concern you.

Our guided, ‘white tablecloth’ three-day trail offers luxurious accommodation and mouth-watering meals. It caters for both culture vultures and nature lovers and includes many of Cape Town’s major tourist attractions: a cultural walk through the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and city centre, a cable-car ride to the top of Table Mountain (weather permitting), the world famous Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens and two nights accommodation in the Table Mountain National Park.

Our Table Mountain abseil is a heart-stopping, 112-metre controlled descent that will certainly get your adrenaline pumping. You can walk or take the cable way to the top were a guide will prepare you for your descent. It’s certainly a unique, and thrilling, way to see Cape Town, dangling on a rope high above the city streets. If you’re seeking something even more daring, how about hiking up a river gorge, then kloofing (canyoning) back through rock pools and abseiling 65 metres and more through cascading waterfalls

Kloofing (canyoning) is a South African adventure sport that entails the climbing of scenic ravines, gorges and crevices in the mountains.

Your journey usually involves jumping, hiking, scrambling and abseiling. There’s no shortage of perfect, unspoilt places in South Africa for such adventures. Tree-Top Canopy Tours in South Africa

This is a first in Africa: soar like a forest bird through the trees! Enjoy the lush beauty of an indigenous forest from the vantage of 10 lofty treetop platforms. Gently glide along in a harness attached to steel cables 30 metres above the forest floor.

The birdlife is abundant and spectacular (including Knysna loeries and elusive Narina Trogons). As you move through the forest, your guide will explain the ecology of this lush primeval ecosystem.Safety is paramount, and the whole system has been built to the highest civil engineering standards.
